GUEST KITCHEN | Pop-Up Edition

Every Guest Kitchen table tells a different story and this time, the story traveled from the streets of Barcelona straight to Berlin.

Just a couple of weeks ago, we were soaking up the energy of Spanish tapas culture; now, we brought it to life in our own way: through an Anatolian Tapas Pop-Up.

Hosted at Allan’s place (@allans_abc), the night featured an abundant spread of our best Anatolian tapas creations, paired perfectly with Allan’s wines, cavas, and sangrias. Unlike our usual long-table dining setup, this event was all about freedom and flow: guests chose their own tapas and drinks à la carte, dropped by for aperitivo, and stayed as long as the vibe carried them.

What followed exceeded every expectation: guests from dozens of cultures and nationalities came together. We shared food, raised our glasses, played games, and created new friendships in the true Guest Kitchen spirit with the vibrant fusion of Spanish–Turkish energy leading the night.

It became our most crowded event ever, and one of the most joyful. We’re still glowing from the warmth, laughter, and connections that filled the room.
